White Penja pepper:A pepper with character and incomparable taste. What does it taste like? It combines notes of wood, musk, meat and an acidic warmth with a long finish. It goes perfectly with meat, fish and foie gras.
Black Penja pepper: harvested unripe to dry in the sun for several days. What does it taste like? It develops nuances of mint on the tongue accompanied by a delicate, round fragrance. It goes very well with: chocolate, red meat and fish species such as cod.
