  • African Queen (fresh)

    4 cl Tambour Original Sodabi Arrangé

    3 Slices Diced Cucumber

    1 large sprig of mint

    2 tablespoons syrup (sugar syrup)

    1 cup of ice cubes

    3 cl lime juice

    5 cl of water

    Mash the cucumber, mint and syrup in the bottom of the glass. Add the remaining ingredients and stir. Garnish with a slice of cucumber and enjoy!

  • Hidden Passion (sour)

    4 cl Tambour Original Sodabi Arrangé

    8 cl (2 fruits) - passion fruit juice

    1/2 cup ice cubes

    2 teaspoons lemon juice

    2 teaspoons syrup (sugar syrup)

    Mash the whole passion fruit in a glass to loosen the juice (alternatively sieve to avoid pips in the cocktail). Add the remaining ingredients and stir. Garnish with a lemon wedge and enjoy!

  • Ko-Ko-Ko (fresh)

    4 cl Tambour Original Sodabi Arrangé

    5 cl coconut water (ideally from a fresh, young coconut)

    5 cl pineapple juice

    2 teaspoons lemon juice

    1 cup of ice cubes

    1 pinch ground nutmeg (optional)

  • The Curse (sour)

    3 cl Tambour Original Sodabi Arrangé

    1 teaspoon of honey

    2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

    1/2 cup ice cubes

    Put all the ingredients except the ice in a shaker and shake well to dissolve the honey (or dissolve the honey in the lemon juice beforehand). Then add ice and shake until the cocktail is cold. Pour the contents into a shooter glass and enjoy!

  • The Kiss of the Python (fruity)

    4 cl Tambour Original Sodabi Arrangé

    3 cl lime juice

    1 cup frozen raspberries

    Place the ingredients in the blender and blend to desired consistency. (frozen raspberries can be substituted with fresh raspberries and ice). Garnish with a sprig of mint and enjoy!

  • Tambour Lemonade (sour)

    4 cl Tambour Original Sodabi Arrangé

    6 cl fresh lemon juice

    6cl water

    2 teaspoons cane sugar

    1 cup of ice cubes

    Mix all ingredients together. Garnish with a lemon wedge and enjoy!

  • Banana harmattan (creamy)

    4 cl Tambour Original Sodabi Arrangé

    2 large bananas (preferably frozen)

    1/2 cup ice cubes

    chocolate syrup (optional)

    Place Tambour Original, bananas and ice in a blender and blend to desired consistency. Wet the inside of the glass with the chocolate syrup and add the cocktail. Top up with whipped cream and garnish with chocolate flakes and a slice of banana and enjoy!

  • African Sunrise (fruity)

    4 cl Tambour Original Sodabi Arrangé

    5 cl pineapple juice

    1/2 cup ice cubes

    3 cl Selter

    1 dash of grenadine

    Combine Tambour Original and the pineapple juice in a shaker with ice. Shake until the cocktail is cold, then pour into a glass. Add the seltzer and carefully add the dash of grenadine so it doesn't mix. Garnish with a cocktail cherry and/or a slice of pineapple and enjoy!

  • Fidjrossé (fruity)

    4 cl Tambour Original Sodabi Arrangé

    3 cl peppermint syrup

    1/2 cup ice cubes

    2 cl ginger syrup

    2 cl lime juice

    6 cl watermelon juice

    3 cl Selter

    Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake until the cocktail is cold, then pour into a glass. Add seltzer. Garnish with a mint leaf and a lime wedge and enjoy!

    4 cl Tambour Original Sodabi Arrangé

    3cl Cointreau

    1/2 cup ice cubes

    1 cl lemon juice

    Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake until the cocktail is cold. Pour into a coupe or cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge and enjoy! Tip: try the sugared rim

    4 cl Tambour Original Sodabi Arrangé

    2cl Campari

    1/2 cup ice cubes

    5 cl pineapple juice

    2 cl lime juice

    2 cl Demerara syrup

    dried mango

    Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake until the cocktail is cold, then pour into the glass. Garnish with pineapple leaves and some dried mango and enjoy!

  • Panafrique (creamy)

    4 cl Tambour Original Sodabi Arrangé

    1/2 cup ice cubes

    2cl Amarula

    Mix all ingredients in a glass with ice.

  • Coco Loco (creamy)

    8cl Tambour Original Sodabi Arrangé

    1/2 cup ice cubes

    16 cl coconut milk

    4 cl syrup (sugar beet syrup

    15g lemongrass (to taste)

    Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake until the cocktail is cold, then pour into the glass and enjoy!

  • Tambour Eggnog (creamy)

    1 egg

    1 tablespoon of sugar

    1 teaspoon of salt

    4 cl Tambour Original Sodabi Arrangé

    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

    15cl cream

    Garnish: some nutmeg

    Separate the yolk from the white and discard the yolk. Beat the egg white light and fluffy.

    Fold in the sugar, salt and vanilla.

    Add Tambour Original and the cream. Mix well until the liquid is fully combined. Place in the fridge to cool. Sprinkle with nutmeg before serving and enjoy!

  • Mai Tai (strong)

    6cl Tambour Original Sodabi Arrangé

    3cl Tambour Original Sodabi Blanc

    1/2 cup ice cubes

    2cl Cointreau

    1 lime

    15g oregano

    dash of peach liqueur

    1 dash of Peychaud's Bitters

    Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake until the cocktail is cold, then pour into the glass and enjoy!

  • Tambour Apple Toddy - Mulled Wine (sweet)

    4 cl Tambour Original Sodabi Arrangé

    1 cup apple cider/apple juice

    1 tablespoon mulled wine spice (tea bag)

    ginger slices (optional)

    Simmer mulled wine spice (and ginger) in apple cider/apple juice on the stove for up to 20 minutes. Add Tambour Original Sodabi and serve warm or allow to cool and serve cold.

    Garnish with an apple slice, cinnamon stick or lemon wedge and enjoy

  • Pear Noël Christmas (sweet)

    4 cl Tambour Original Sodabi Arrangé

    1/2 cup ice cubes

    6 cl pear juice

    Splash of soda

    1 tablespoon fresh pears, diced or sliced

    Garnish: Lemon sprig, thyme, fresh ginger, Parmesan cheese and/or a lime wedge for garnish.

    Pour Tambour Original, pear juice and ice cubes into a shaker. Shake well for 1 minute until condensation forms on the outside of the shaker.

    Pour the cocktail into a glass and add a splash of sparkling water. Garnish with pears and enjoy!

  • Heviosso (spicy)

    4cl Tambour Original Sodabi Blanc

    3 cl habenero syrup

    1/2 cup ice cubes

    2cl Campari

    Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake until the cocktail is cold. Put sugar on the rim of the glass and then pour the cocktail into the glass.

  • Fêtcha Wè (classic)

    4cl Tambour Original Sodabi Blanc

    2 cl peach liqueur

    1/2 cup ice cubes

    15 cl sparkling wine (sparkling wine)

    Pour all the ingredients into a champagne glass and enjoy!

    4cl Tambour Original Sodabi Blanc

    2cl Cointreau

    1/2 cup ice cubes

    5 cl mango juice

    2 cl lime juice

    2 cl orange juice

    salt/pepper rim

    Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake until the cocktail is cold, then pour into a cocktail glass.

    Sprinkle with salt or hot pepper and enjoy!

    8cl Tambour Original Sodabi Blanc

    9 cl pineapple juice

    1/2 cup ice cubes

    9 cl hibiscus juice (tea)

    1 cl ginger syrup (to taste)

    1 cl syrup (sugar beet syrup)

    Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake until the cocktail is cold, then pour into a cocktail glass and enjoy! Garnish with a pineapple.

  • Mai Tai (strong)

    1/2 cup ice cubes

    2cl Cointreau

    1 lime

    15g oregano
